Cherni Vrah Boulevard is just 70 meters away, providing convenient access while ensuring a quiet and peaceful living environment due to its distance from the site. The efforts invested in the building guarantee a high-quality lifestyle. A unique advantage of this location is the southern side, which borders low, single-family houses, offering a remarkable unfolding panorama. To the northeast and northwest, residents enjoy stunning views of Sofia. The building is located on Stefan Dichev Street, between Gen. Ivan Kolev and Yordan Valchev streets, all of which are paved.

    "FLORANCE" is constructed according to the latest modern construction standards. Its facade boasts an elegant and innovative design, featuring Etalbond accents and is surrounded by an elegant wrought iron fence. The heating system is gas-powered with individual boilers for each unit. The common areas are adorned with natural marble sourced from Turkey and processed in a factory in Bursa, featuring the colors Vizon Beige and Olive Avantgarde. The building includes an 8-seater elevator from the Spanish company "Orona," ensuring a warm connection to the underground level. The building comprises one semi-underground floor, one ground floor, four residential floors, and one attic floor. There is an option to purchase underground parking spaces and garages, as well as above-ground parking spaces with canopies. Two ramps, located on the east and west sides of the building, provide access to the underground levels. Soundproofing double walls with an air gap are provided between rooms for enhanced acoustic isolation. The supporting structure is made of reinforced concrete.
