Location
Its location is not accidental. It won us over as investors because of the proximity to the mountain, the fresh air and the charming view of it from almost all apartments. Light and spaciousness are the two words characterizing the homes of the new residents there.
Project in Development
The complex was built in stages and in separate modules to finally become a modern architectural ensemble with residences, studios, garages, a medical center, offices, shops and restaurants. Today, thanks to our construction initiative, the area in this part of "Ljubljana" street has been ennobled, enlivened and given a new, attractive appearance.
Characteristics
The complex is gasified. The structure is reinforced concrete with brick walls and concrete columns. The facade is finished with polymer plaster. There are two main residential buildings, each with two entrances. The common areas are spacious and filled with high quality building materials. The commercial modules located in front of the complex have become an added value to the comfort of living there.

Undoubtedly, it is another successful project from the portfolio of construction company PAV. Our idea of realizing such a large-scale project was a challenge. And today, several years after its completion, residential complex Ljubljana is our pride.
