  • Features of the building and completion
    THE NEW BUILDING is a residential building built with monolithic reinforced concrete construction. It consists of three entrances - A, B and C. There are 79 apartments in it - 4 studios and 75 apartments. They are rendered in plaster and screed, with "SOLID" 55 armored entrance doors installed. To the south, the facade is filled with a ventilated stone facade. To the west, east and north, the facade is filled with polymer plaster, glass railings and aluminum decorative grills. The common parts are finished with natural marble in two colors /Vizon Beige and Brown Elegance/. Elevators are ORONA, Spain - high speed, with basement access. The railings of the staircase are made of wrought iron.
